{"id":24,"date":"2022-11-10T04:53:18","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T04:53:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.federallandcondo.com\/properties\/?p=24"},"modified":"2022-11-10T04:59:08","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T04:59:08","slug":"japanese-style-mitsukoshi-mall-set-to-open-in-bgc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.federallandcondo.com\/properties\/2022\/11\/10\/japanese-style-mitsukoshi-mall-set-to-open-in-bgc\/","title":{"rendered":"Japanese-style Mitsukoshi mall set to open in BGC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A JAPANESE-style shopping mall is set to open in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) before the end of the year, according to its developer Federal Land.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Mitsukoshi BGC, located within Federal Land\u2019s Grand Central Park community, is a four-level mall that will feature 120 retail stores \u201crich in Japanese culture and style.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The mall will have four themed floors \u2014 \u201cTasty Life\u201d (basement 1), \u201cBeautiful Life\u201d (ground\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">fl<\/span>oor), \u201cInspired Life\u201d (second\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">fl<\/span>oor), and \u201cEntertainment Life\u201d (third\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">f<\/span>loor).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">An upscale supermarket, Mitsukoshi Fresh, will be located in the basement. It will also have a food court and a sweets and deli corner, that will remind people of \u201cdepachika\u201d or department store food markets in Japan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ground\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">fl<\/span>oor will feature Mitsukoshi Beauty, where people can buy cosmetics, fashion apparel and lifestyle products.<\/p>\n<div class=\"td-a-rec td-a-rec-id-content_inline tdi_2 td_block_template_1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-AD1\" data-google-query-id=\"CK7F5PvnovsCFWRJDwIdP_gIOQ\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/21622805789\/BW_withinarticle_Property_ad1_0__container__\"><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">More restaurants will be found on the third <\/span><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: inherit;\">fl<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">oor, along with a Japanese bookstore.
